Bathroom remodeling costs range widely depending on many factors. Costs range from approximately $2,500 for minor cosmetic upgrades up to $50,000+ for an elite quality, showplace/spa like creation in your home. We have the skill, teamwork, and professionalism to carry out any bathroom project (in any range) to fit your needs.

An important thing during your budgeting process is to remember that professionally remodeling your bathroom adds value in two ways. First is that you get to experience the quality and look of your newly finished project day after day, but secondly is that if and when the time arrives where you are selling your home, a professionally completed bathroom is a major selling advantage and value- added item. With this in mind, it makes very good sense that a professionally done, quality bathroom renovation becomes a very wise investment, more than any other room in your home.

With this being said, I am listing below some various typical costs as a guide for you to use when you are calculating a rough dollar amount that you will need to be prepared to invest in your home when you remodel your bathroom.

Also keep in mind that the below figures include demolition, haul away of old materials, providing all the new materials, all installation work and all sales tax. Also keep in mind that we are a quality and service- oriented company and prefer to use quality materials.

For the tub/shower (wet area):

Replacing your existing tub and shower walls with a new upgraded high quality Americast tub (by American Standard) and new shower walls. These packages start at around $5,300

Tub to shower conversion packages start at around $5,500.

We can always add on other items in addition to just the tub/shower area – such as a new vanity and sink top, flooring, painting, etc., if you do not need a full bathroom remodel but desire a new tub/shower and some various other upgrades.

For a complete professionally remodeled bathroom:

For very common, typical sized full baths (5×7 to 5×9 or in this range of size), typical costs can range from $9,000 to $12,000+, (depending on product choices) for a complete bath remodel.

In some slightly larger bathrooms there is a single tub/shower unit, a larger vanity (two sinks) or two vanities. Prices generally start at $10,500 and go up based on specific choices.

For a master bath in which there is a shower plus a separate tub, along with multiple sinks, typical prices start at around $ 17,000 and can range to double this cost depending mostly on the design, materials, product options, existing conditions, age of house, etc.

High- end luxury master baths can range higher but is difficult to give pricing as it is strongly tied to specific design and options. An example of a project like this can be found on our gallery page under the title: “Reynoldsburg, Ohio Master Bath.” It is the project with a copper soaking tub.
